You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

You received the wrong item.

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or unsealed fragrance bottles.

Used or tested perfumes.

Products with broken or removed seals.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Products returned after the 7-day return period.
Because fragrances are sensitive products, we cannot resell any item once its seal has been opened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.
If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
